We have teamed up with a credit partner that is now entering the market for the second half of 2014 that has money set aside for residential raw land loans on a Nationwide basis.

In order to qualify, the land MUST be vacant with no building improvements constructed on the property at the time of close of escrow.  The land MUST be zoned residential and all grantors must sign personally.

Basic credit decisions have at least the following:

• Mid credit score of at least 680

• 20% minimum down payment

• $20,000 minimum loan amount

• Able to make weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments.

• Private Money is available and thriving today if you don't qualify for bankable loans.

Rates are subject to change but, here is the general idea of the type of bankable vacant residential land rates you will receive for well qualified borrowers.

• 10 or 15 year land terms

• 6.99% to 7.5% fully amortized

• 1% Loan origination
